About the ASSCT’s Annual Meeting
The American Society of Sugarcane Technologists (ASSCT) is a society interested in the general study of the cane sugar industry (how it’s grown, harvested, and prepared as an item of commerce) in the United States and the dissemination of information to members of the organization through meetings and publications.
The yearly joint meeting is a symposium of scientists, technologists, growers, millers and companies interested in the technical advancement and sustainability of cane sugar growth in America.
